Nordic Edge Expo is moving the time of the event from September to May – and so will we. We are well underway with the plans for the year. Instead of centering all our efforts on only one conference event like before, we will develop and share interesting content about educational technology throughout the year. Here’s how it will go down.

Event: Outsourcing the classroom

During Nordic Edge Expo, we will host an evening event in Stavanger, where the topic Outsourcing the classroom will be discussed.

An increasing number of independent technology suppliers and producers of educational content have entered the education system. Why does this happen? Is their contribution controlled and regulated? Are these players a threat to the established system – or an asset that improves the quality of education?

We have invited representatives on both sides of the table and from politics to a highly relevant debate.

Date: 11 May. This event will be held in Norwegian.

Videos: EdTech – right under your nose

There is plenty of tools, games, apps and software teachers have available to use in education. But do you know how to use them? Or at least take full advantage of them?

In 2022, we are producing a series of videos called EdTech – right under your nose. The goal is to show you all the possibilities you might have available maybe without even knowing about it. We hope to enlighten and inspire you.

We have asked our network to help us find some of the teachers who excel at the use of EdTech in their teaching, and will start sharing videos with tips and tricks of the trade as soon as they are ready.
