Støtte AS

Who are we?

Støtte AS is the company behind the app Støtte, an innovative platform designed to simplify fundraising for sports clubs and charitable organizations. The app was developed in response to the financial challenges faced by sports teams during the pandemic. With Støtte, users can make micro-donations every time they use their bank card, allowing many to contribute to the organizations they care about without feeling a significant financial impact.

What problem do we solve?

Many sports clubs and charitable organizations in Norway struggle to secure the necessary funds for their operations and activities. Traditional fundraising methods can be time-consuming, less effective, and environmentally taxing. The app Støtte addresses this by providing a simple, digital solution that enables regular small contributions, which can collectively make a substantial difference for these organizations.

What are we looking for in terms of recruitment?

Støtte AS is seeking dedicated individuals who share our passion for sports and charity. We are looking to expand our team with innovative, forward-thinking individuals who have a strong interest in leveraging technology to make a positive impact on society.

What skills are we looking for?

We are searching for candidates with technological insight, experience in app development, and a strong understanding of digital marketing. Additionally, it is important to have the ability to work closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and challenges, allowing us to continually develop and improve our solution.

Coo

About Coo

Coo is a real estate scale-up from Sandnes established in 2020. We challenge social and economic inequalities by offering an opportunity for more people to own their own home. Our co-ownership model offers a faster way into the housing market for those who do not have enough equity to buy a home on their own. From a great idea in 2020, we have managed to become a national front runner with MNOK 500+ invested and a platform 1.0 and ecosystem of partners ready to scale. And most importantly, several of our coowners have already taken full ownership of their own home after having started with Coo, even faster than expected.

What problem do we solve?

If you have the capacity to service a mortgage, but lack sufficient funds to meet the requirement of 15% equity, we are prepared to co-invest with you and support the process until you are able to meet all regulatory requirements. We guide you through the process of understanding your financial capacity, acquiring the necessary bank financing, evaluating houses in terms of commercial and technical qualities and to succeed in a bidding process. All of this, to create the best possible starting point for a longlasting home ownership situation. After all, the ambition to own your own home is more than just economics – it is our culture and ways of living, and about having a sense of control and stability in life.

Who do we look for?

So, our purpose is essentially to combine a financially sustainable and scalable business model (real estate investments) with measurable social impact (homeownership for more people). We want our footprint to be more than numbers and we have to evolve and succeed in a number of directions, so this includes a broad range of competencies that we will be looking for (real estate, finance, communication, marketing, some, tech etc). But the most important thing for us as a small pack is personality. We are building a culture as well as a company, and in our culture we create value first and foremost by helping people advance in life.
