The main objective of the Value the Land pre-project is to unlock the potential of Natural Capital in Norway.

At Nordic Edge, we believe in finding innovative ways to bring stakeholders on board for a sustainable future. We are currently exploring how we can create a thriving market for regenerative land use practices in Norway.

• In the UK, Australia, Switzerland, and now the Americas there have been huge initiatives to formalize systems calculating the “Natural Capital”. These systems track increases in the carbon storage, biodiversity, and resilience of the land to disaster.
• We want the same for Norway, and we want to inspire our Nordic neighbours. The Value the Land project is the first of its kind in Norway, exploring how we can secure Norwegian farming and land use for a better future.
