9 new companies joins Nordic Edge May 2026
Nordic Edge welcomes 9 new companies to our two business clusters for smart cities and agritech. This means new ideas, more collaboration, and increased momentum in the innovation efforts needed to address societal challenges.
– Our mission is to help companies succeed with their solutions. That is why we create meeting arenas and networks that connect people, ideas, and capital – across sectors and national borders, says CEO Terje Eide at Nordic Edge.
He describes Nordic Edge as a “connection box” between the public and private sectors, academia and industry, between policy and practice.
– Norway will not reach its ambitious climate, export, or development targets without collaboration. Clusters are a concrete tool to make this happen, Eide says.
A community for growth
The growth in membership shows that there is a need for a shared arena where innovation can happen in practice.
A good example is TotalCtrl, which through the cluster connected with Ydalir Hotel and is now testing its food waste solution in real-life settings. Or Sparkpark, which gained a way into European cities and investor communities thanks to the cluster community.
– We could never have done this alone. It is the relationships and visibility that create momentum, says Igor Pancevski at Sparkpark.
9 new members – an enormous number of new opportunities
The new members represent the breadth of the clusters, and the companies all have one thing in common: They are developing solutions that make society more sustainable.
