30. September: Strategic and business foundation
Where does your company really stand? We pressure-test your business model, sharpen your market position, and set the direction for sustainable growth.  

21. October: Leadership, people and growth readiness
Is your team built to take you where you want to go? We look at org design, hiring logic, and the leadership structures that determine whether a company scales or stalls.

11. November: Financial and operational readiness
Can your business handle growth? We work through cash flow, cost control, and legal basics — the operational foundation that makes a company ready for the next stage.  

25. November: Market, sales and customer readiness
Where does your next customer come from? We build the sales logic, market positioning, and customer relationships that create predictable revenue.
