Business Readiness autumn 2026

Investor readiness-small
30. September, 2026
9:00–12:00

Most programmes accelerate what you already have. We make sure what you have is actually worth accelerating.

What is Business Readiness?

Business Readiness helps you get the right foundations in place before your next stage of growth. Perhaps your company has grown faster than your internal structures, or you know there are things that need to be addressed before you can take the next step.

Over eight weeks, you will work through your business from strategy and finance to organisation, sales and marketing. You will identify what works, where the challenges are and what to prioritise to build a stronger foundation for further growth.

FAQ

Not sure if the Business Readiness Programme is right for your company? Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about who the programme is for, what you’ll get out of it and what is expected of you along the way.

Who is Business Readiness for?

The programme is designed for companies that want to grow but need to put the right structures in place to succeed in the next stage. You may be early in your development, or your growth may already have outpaced your internal structures. The programme is tailored to your company’s level of maturity.

Do we need to have specific growth plans already?

No. You do not need to have a fully developed growth strategy in place. The programme helps you identify where your company stands today, where you want to go and what needs to be in place to get there.

What will we get out of the programme?

You will take part in four practical workshops, receive mentor support and work with concrete tools applied directly to your own company. Throughout the programme, you will work on strategy, organisation, finance, operations, sales and marketing. By the end, you will have a Company Playbook that brings together the key structures and priorities for further growth.

How much time do we need to set aside?

The programme runs over eight weeks. In addition to the four workshops, you will need to set aside time to work on your own company between sessions. We recommend around 10–15 hours per week to get the most out of the programme.

Is Business Readiness only for start-ups?

No. The programme is designed both for younger companies looking to build strong structures from the start and more established companies that need to address structures, processes or bottlenecks that have emerged along the way.

What is the difference between Business Readiness and Investor Readiness?

Business Readiness focuses on the company from the inside. You work on the foundations needed for sustainable growth – from strategy and organisation to finance, operations and sales. Investor Readiness focuses on preparing your company to raise capital and engage with investors. Business Readiness can therefore be a natural step before Investor Readiness.
