Located at our conference Hotel Victoria is Salon du Nord, an excellent place for dinner and coktails.

This is also the location for Pint of Science, an event hosted by the University of Stavanger, which gives you science and drinks in perfect harmony.

Pint of Science is at 20:00 Monday-Wednesday. The skilled staff at Salon du Nord have come up with new, special coktails for each day fitting the topic of the talk. Come by, try a new drink and learn something new while enjoying the good atmosphere.

Are you looking for a place to eat lunch in between workshops on Wednesday?

Next to our Living Lab in Stavanger city centre we have the excellent restaurant Fish & Cow. This restaurant is opening for lunch service especially for Nordic Edge conference guests on Wednesday 11th May. From 09:00-16:00 the University of Stavanger will be hosting multiple panel debates and talks here, read more about the topics here.

You’re welcome to eat lunch here while you listen to a talk, or you can stop by between 12:00-13:00 when there’s a lunch break in the programme. Fish & Cow will also offer “grab and go”-lunch for those of you that don’t have time to sit down for a longer lunch.

Along Vågen in Stavanger the new cocktailbar Harry Pepper is located. On Monday and Tuesday they’re opening their doors especially for us at 19:00.

Leave your corporate self at the door before you come in and enjoy excellent cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere. Take the opportunity to meet new people and discuss the day with other conference guests.

Here you will find 106°øst serving authentic vietnamese street food made with fresh, local ingredients. Here you get a culinary experience, all as a convenient “grab and go”. Get some food, visit the Living Lab and head of to your next happening.

The foodtruck follows the same opening times as the Living Lab: Tuesday 12:00 – 18:00 & Wednesday 10:00 – 16:00.
