Marko is leading a research team working on electrical powertrains and energy storage. In addition to electric mobility, the team’s focus includes also stationary energy storage applications. His research topics are mostly related to EV charging, ranging from low-power AC charging to megawatt-level fast charging. He is currently building a national level EV charging testbed initiative. Marko has 20 years of experience in electronics for challenging environments, and control systems, and four years of experience at VTT. He is also a certified project manager (IPMA C).
