Jannicke is leader of Project and Strategy in Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank which is a saving bank foundation. The foundation was established in 2012 as a result of the conversion of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank into a limited liability company (ASA). Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank is the largest shareholder of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA with an ownership of 28,3%. Their objectives are to be a significant, stable and long-term owner of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA and to preserve the traditions pursued by Norway`s savings bank traditions, including donations. The Foundation supports projects and organisations in the region. The capital shall be a source of inspiration for individuals and organisations, enabling them to realise their ideas and initiatives for the joy and benefit of the public and especially young people. Since 2012 they have donated more than a half billion, and their vision is “together we create good local communities”.
Jannicke has over 20 years of experience in management, strategic development and communication in the public sector, in business and in voluntary and political organizations as a leader and adviser. She is an experienced moderator and host of events and has extensive political experience. She is a political scientist in the field of administration and organizational science, and she graduated from the University of Bergen.
Marte Sootholtet is CEO of Impact StartUp, the accelerator for social entrepreneurs supported by some of the largest Family offices and Foundations in Norway. From her 10 years of experience in the startup scene, she is a firm believer that social entrepreneurship is a democratic force and user centric spring board for innovation.
She has been responsible for developing relevant offering for impactful startups, investors and public sector that can boost the Nordic ecosystem and bring forward the vision that more innovative solutions to societal challenges reach scale and bring more positive impact.
Arild has a degree in economics and business administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. He has extensive sales experience as a manager, contractor and consultant in companies such as IBM, Datus (iSolutions), Metier and Eskaler. Arild has several board positions and is the general manager of the health cluster Norwegian Smart Care Cluster (NSCC). He also leads the focus field health in Validé.
As Team Director and Head of R&D, Liselott Stenfeldt is responsible for developing strategic visions and innovative concepts that incorporate citizen-centricity and new models of collaboration, with the goal to guide future urban development. She is driven by her curiosity for how technology can support and make people’s everyday life easier and healthier. How can we collect, process and share data in order to help expose new patterns and unfold hidden communities and social connections in order to create better and more inclusive cities for everyone?
Liselott has more than 10 years work experience in initiating and co-creating digital large-scale projects and innovative tools and have among other things initiated an for many years managed Interactive Spaces Urban Studio, a part of the Alexandra Institute, in Copenhagen.
Mariela has over 20 years of expertise in the field of urban design and behaviour research and over 17 years of Bridging the worlds of academia, practice, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Mariela Alfonzo is an internationally-renowned thought-leader and speaker, with 20+ years of experience on the nexus between urban design, behavior, and the quadruple-bottom line. For over two decades, her work has focused on quantifying how the micro-scale aspects of the built environment affect our behaviors, perceptions, and decisions, and in turn, how these impact a broad spectrum of quality of life outcomes, across individual, community, civic, and environmental domains. Dr. Alfonzo is the Founder and CEO of State of Place, an AI-driven, urban design data and predictive analytics software that helps citymakers create more just, thriving communities more effectively, cost-efficiently, and inclusively.
Over the course of her two-decades-plus career, Dr. Alfonzo was named one of Urban Land Institute’s 40 under 40 best young land use professionals around the globe in 2014; is a New Cities Foundation Placemaking Fellow; is a Fulbright Scholar; and a Research Professor at NYU Tandon’s School of Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in urban planning from UC Irvine, as well as a Masters in Urban Planning, and a BA from University of Miami in psychology and architecture
