Nordic Edge

How to Enter UK

We’re calling for the most forward-thinking (and tea drinking) Nordic proptech companies looking to expand to the United Kingdom.

How to Enter

Nordic Edge is taking steps to increase the exposure of Nordic smart city solutions in European countries. “How to Enter” is our market entry programme, where we help companies expand to new markets. The UK will be the next destination of our journey.

How to Enter UK aims at providing valuable insight into the British market and its specific business culture. By connecting with relevant market players and gathering information, the programme enables companies to develop an optimal market entry strategy.

Why UK?

Expanding Norwegian proptech companies to the UK offers strategic advantages such as a larger market size, diverse customer base, access to funding, and a supportive regulatory environment. London’s status as a global business hub provides networking and partnership opportunities, while the UK’s well-established tech ecosystem and international talent pool contribute to innovation. Cultural similarities ease the transition, and international recognition can enhance visibility. However, thorough market research, understanding local regulations, and a tailored strategy are crucial for successful expansion.

The programme

Changes to the programme may occur. We welcome suggestions from the participating companies on what you would like to gain from the visit.
