Nordic Edge Expo

Workshop: Co-creating a joint Nordic Smart City model

Nordic municipalities and organizations have joined forces to develop a joint smart city model based as a human-centered alternative to the American and Chinese models. This will build on Nordic social values, and all the good work that has already been done in the different Nordic countries.

In this process, we want to gather as much input and knowledge as possible. Therefore, we invite public and private smart city actors from across the Nordic region to take part in an open and virtual workshop. In the workshop, Danish Design Center will guide the participants through an experimental development of future scenarios – challenging ourselves to reflect on what to take with us and what to leave behind in order to create the smart, sustainable and resilient cities and communities that we are aiming for.

Facilitator: Dansk Design Center
