The research symposium is hosted by the University of Stavanger’s Research network for smart and sustainable cities.

The University of Stavanger has been an active partner of Nordic Edge Expo since its humble beginnings.

“We are excited to be a partner of this constantly growing event that brings people from all around the world together. Since 2019, the university’s Research network for smart sustainable cities have been the hub for smart city research and education involving researchers and students from all six faculties and the Archeological museum of Stavanger. With more than 40 researchers and 17 PhD students, the network engages in cross-disciplinary research and collaboration covering the social sciences, humanities, technical and natural sciences in close collaboration with regional, national and international partners.
